The latest residential market report from Carter Jonas' Research Team shows that across the Carter Jonas network of offices:

• Completed UK sales during Q3 2009 were the highest since they have been since Q3 2007
• Central London and Central England sales during October double that of October 2008
• East of England sales during October up 164% on September and 70% on October last year

The UK residential property market continues to show encouraging signs of improvement and is vastly improved on a year ago.
