Carter Jonas has expanded its London residential division with the appointment of six new people across its five central London offices.

In the Knightsbridge & Chelsea office in Beauchamp Place, SW3, Ian Brownridge has joined as partner and office head. Ian was previously at Foxtons where he worked for eight years, more recently as head of the Sloane Square office. Leah Della Guardia has also joined the team, from Knight Frank, as a sales negotiator. 

Barnaby Joyce has joined the Hyde Park & Bayswater office in Connaught Street, W2 as head of sales. Barnaby has five years experience and was previously based at Chesterton Humberts, also in Connaught Street. Coralie Griffith will be moving from the Hyde Park & Bayswater office, where she has been for the last 18 months, to the Holland Park & Notting Hill office in Addison Avenue, W11. This is an area she knows well, having spent two and a half years at Knight Frank’s Notting Hill office.

Simon Fernandes has joined the Mayfair & St James’s lettings team, based in Mount Street, W1, as head of lettings. Simon was previously at Savills and has seven years experience within the London lettings market. Simon is joined by two new lettings negotiators, James Burton and Adam Simmons.

The firm has also strengthened its London-based marketing and communications department with three new members of staff. Karen Gray has been appointed as head of marketing communications. Karen has over 17 years marketing experience which includes over two years as marketing director at Arun Estates Group, the largest independent estate agency in the south east of England.  Niki Riley joins as head of PR and Holly Sherlock as residential marketing executive. Both Niki and Holly were previously at Knight Frank in the marketing and communications team.
