Carter Jonas has sold the long leasehold interest in The Rygor Building in Westbury, Wiltshire, to Bill Kenwright Ltd, a production company belonging to the eponymous West End theatre and film producer, on behalf of H. E. Rygor & Sons.

The Rygor Building is a 50,000 sq ft self-contained warehouse building, incorporating office accommodation and a secure yard. Bill Kenwright Ltd will occupy the entire building and use it as a storage facility for scenery and props connected to its world-famous productions, which include Heathers (Haymarket); Foxfinder (Ambassador) and Evita (Phoenix and Dominion).

Alison Williams, Associate Partner, Carter Jonas Bath said: “The sale underscores the demand for well specified space along strong transport corridors from a diverse array of occupiers. This one is certainly unique and we are proud to be bringing a touch of West End glamour and inward investment to Westbury, Wiltshire.”
