Homes England, the single, national housing and regeneration delivery body for England, has appointed Carter Jonas to its Property Professional Service Framework for a second time.

Homes England is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government. Its vision is to create opportunity for people to live in homes they can afford in places they want to live, by enabling local authorities and communities to deliver the ambition they have for their own areas.

The appointment, which will commence this month, is for the provision of a number of services which can be provided under the framework including property advisory services, estate management, property investment, development monitoring & financial services, valuation services and structuring development partnerships.

Iain Mulvey, Business Development Director and Framework Lead, Carter Jonas, said: “Homes England plays a major role in securing land and supporting innovative house builders to provide homes for families across the country and we are extremely proud to have been appointed to this panel for a second time, to support its work.

“It is a testament to the wide-range of services that Carter Jonas provides as well as our team’s ability to manage large, national portfolios from our network of 37 office locations across the UK. It also demonstrates our capability to deliver complex projects designed to increase the speed of housing supply, incorporating new methods of construction to accelerate pace.”

Claire Barclay, Specialist Valuation and Disposals Lead at Homes England said: “We are delighted to have appointed Carter Jonas to work with Homes England on a range of important services. It’s this type of strong partnership approach that will help us deliver the 300,000 homes needed each year up to the middle of the next decade.
