Barton is a highly regarded village located about 3 miles to the west of Cambridge city centre. The front garden is laid to bordered lawn and opens into the large side and back gardens, which border open farm and pasture land to the side and rear.

A large south facing patio stretches across the back of the house and there is a central landscaped area with shrubs set in shingle. To the rear are large mature trees and a garden shed.
