Administration Fee
The successful purchaser(s) will be liable to pay a buyer’s administration fee of £300 (inclusive of VAT) to the selling Agents per lot.

Purchaser Registration

Turn left signed to Upper Weare onto Sparrowhill Way. Continue through Weare passing the church on the left and follow signs to Brinscombe. Continue up the hill and turn left onto the no-through road signed to Brinscombe. Follow the road down the hill and Stream Farm will be found on the left hand side. Lot 6 can be found by continuing along Brinscombe Lane. Toward the end you will reach Broadmoor Drove on your left, with access to the land off this drove.
