The covenant stipulates that the owner will not erect, construct or place on the Property any new building, structure of works except those in accordance with plans and specifications previously approved in writing by the Corporation. The Corporation may only withhold such approval if the design, layout or method of construction of the new buildings or structures, or the materials used in the construction thereof do not conform to the reasonable requirements of the Corporation for minimising damage by subsidence.
