Marika manages the New Homes team and has been involved in agency for over 10 years, she is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. With a residential background, Marika specialises in New Homes liaising with both local and national developers from inception through to completion.
Rachel joined Carter Jonas in 2004, where she built one of the firm’s most successful prime central London residential teams in Marylebone & Regents Park.
Rachel is a longstanding York resident and was born and raised in Rufforth. She moved back to her hometown two years ago to bring up her two children who now attend her old school. On her return, Rachel joined, and has become an integral member of, Carter Jonas’s award-winning York team. Rachel knows and loves York and has a thorough understanding of the sales, new homes and lettings market in the city and its surrounding areas. She has built an exceptional reputation for delivering excellent customer service and results.
James is a member of the southern planning and development team working out of the Oxford office. He assists in all matters associated with strategic and immediate development land opportunities and helps private and public sector clients in the delivery of development projects across the south of England.
Daniel provides development land consultancy and agency services on behalf of landowners throughout the North of England. Daniel is experienced in the sale of development opportunities with planning permission on the open market. In respect of land without planning permission he is expert in the negotiation of development agreements including: Options, Promotion Agreements and Conditional Contracts with associated valuation, strategy and viability advice.
Andrew Walker heads up our Portfolio Letting & Management department, working with institutional clients in London and across the UK.
Having joined Carter Jonas in 2009, Andrew has over 15 years’ experience advising landlords and tenants. He has developed an excellent understanding of the particular requirements and expectations of company landlords in order to maximise the portfolios and deliver the best possible standards of customer service.
