Having discussed the brief in detail, it was established that the client wanted to acquire high quality modern office accommodation that would facilitate a more open plan working environment. 

After an extensive search, the newly refurbished 12 King Street provided the ideal opportunity. 

Carter Jonas arranged inspections of the property and led on lease negotiations with the landlords agent in order to successfully secure attractive lease terms for the entirety of the 6th floor which included a significant rent free period and benefited from its own private terrace. 

The client was delighted with the outcome and Carter Jonas ensured that the process through to completion of the Lease ran as smoothly as possible to ensure that desired timescales were met.
