Carter Jonas Northern Commercial Agency Team were appointed to search and identify a new office for the National Audit Office (NAO) in Newcastle City Centre comprising approximately 10,000 sq ft. 

Having discussed the brief in detail, it was established that the NAO wanted to acquire good value and high quality modern office accommodation. The Spark which comprised a new build office situated within the Helix development was identified as being suitable. 

Carter Jonas arranged inspections of the property and led lease negotiations with the landlords agent in order to successfully secure attractive lease terms for a new 10 year lease for the entirety of the 4th floor. 

The NAO were delighted with the outcome and Carter Jonas ensured that the process through to completion of the Lease ran as smoothly as possible liaising with solicitors throughout.
