Location
Devizes is situated in the county of Wiltshire. The town lies within a landscape of gently rolling chalk downs and hills, adjacent to the Kennet and Avon canal. A Section 106 agreement in relation to the site and outline planning permission is dated 2nd July 2014 between The Crown estate and Wiltshire County Council and provides for:
o 40% affordable housing
o Financial contributions towards education, sustainable transport, public transport, community contributions including towards the Canal and River Trust and sports and leisure.
