Carter Jonas announces rural promotions and welcomes new graduates to the business.

We have an exceptional team at Carter Jonas, and we are fortunate to be able to celebrate the hard work of many of them this year. A bumper crop of promotions was made from within our rural team– full details of which are below - including six partner appointments.

As we continue to face the challenges presented by the pandemic, we have worked hard to remain resilient and effective across the diverse range of sectors in which we operate, helping our clients to meet or even exceed their objectives, and find solutions for unexpected issues. Our ability to do this is further boosted by the investment that we make in our people, supporting their training and career development at every level. Every year, we are reminded of how important this investment is when we welcome new graduates to the firm. In 2020, 14 graduates joined our Rural and Infrastructure teams from across our network, including in York, Leeds, Birmingham, Warrington, Shrewsbury, Cambridge, Oxford and Winchester. Induction days may have been virtual, and much mentoring has taken place over video calls, but for everyone involved the energy, determination and ambition remains the same!
