Capita, advised by Carter Jonas , has agreed a 10-year lease on a 147,000 sq ft logistics facility at Balby Carr Bank in Doncaster.
The building is located 1.5 miles from the M18 junction 3, and is accessible via the A6182 and the A1(M)/M18 intersection. The site has direct links to the east coast ports as well as access to Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester.

This high-spec facility, which will be a significant storage depot for Capita, has excellent transport links from which they can enhance their national operations. Nearby occupiers include an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, B&Q, Morrisons and Tesco.
