Caroline is an Associate Partner in our Rural Team based in Truro, who specialises in general rural professional work for a variety of clients. Having been based in Cornwall since 1991 she recently joined Carter Jonas. Caroline is both an RICS registered valuer and an agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC), providing advice on farm finance throughout the South West.

Chris is a highly versatile and experienced land agent advising a wide range of clients across the rural property sector, predominantly within Cornwall. With a background in estate management and continuing to act for private estate clients, Chris leads on the sale of unique and diverse rural property found across Cornwall including land, farms, estates, leisure, residential and development properties. Chris has particular experience in advising landowners on planning & development matters and the promotion land for development. In addition, Chris is able to use his knowledge to carry out a broad range of professional work such as Landlord & Tenant, Compulsory Purchase and Utilities to name but a few. Operating in Cornwall and the south-west for over 10 years, Chris had an earlier career in the British Army.
