Head office relocation: Frank Hirth Plc
Due to expansion of the company’s specialist tax advisory business, Frank Hirth Plc wished to relocate from it’s existing office at Coldbath Square, EC1 to larger premises capable of accommodating the company’s growth over the next three to five years.
Carter Jonas was instructed to find and negotiate the acquisition of air conditioned, leasehold, office accommodation, located in the Holborn and fringe City of London areas capable of accommodating circa 100 existing staff plus up to 30 additional staff to be employed over the course of the next two/three years. Carter Jonas’s instructions were to identify an office building capable of accommodating Frank Hirth Plc’s operational requirements on one floor and on the basis that the building would be situated within the Holborn/fringe City of London area to cater for existing staff commuting patterns.
Following implementation of the property search, Carter Jonas negotiated and agreed terms on behalf of Frank Hirth Plc for the company to take a lease of circa 20,000 sq ft /1,858 sqm on the first floor of 236 Grays Inn Road, WC1.
“Carter Jonas provided a friendly and professional service. Their representative was very knowledgeable of the property market and guided us to making the right decision for relocating our business.”
