The second development, City Gate, is a city centre development of 18, one and two bedroom, apartments. All units were sold by our new homes team who created a highly successful marketing campaign including an arts exhibition and a “parents investing in your children” weekend. Both schemes, whilst at opposite ends of the marketing spectrum, benefitted from our professional new homes service. |
