Ashley advises on all aspects of buying and selling residential property including valuations in Mayfair and St James’s, and he works closely with developers and investors in acquisitions and subsequent resales.  Having spent his formative years in the blue seas of the Bahamas, Ashley is a keen swimmer and qualified scuba diver.  On the dry land of north London he enjoys refurbishing and developing property, and indulging his interests in food and fine wines.

Although Kim lives outside London, her fondness for working in Mayfair has made her a commmitted commuter and her proximity to Bond Street has led to a penchant for collecting designer handbags. During her leisure time away from Mayfair, Kim enjoys dining in the best out-of-town restaurants and relaxing in the sunshine.

She is involved in all aspects of managing the business, carrying out market appraisals and agreeing high quality tenants. Emma has two very small children so spends most of her time enjoying quality time with them and running after her 2 ½ year old son.
