Richard is a Partner and head of Carter Jonas' Residential Division.  Based in Cambridge and London, Richard advises private clients in the sale, management and letting of high value residential property in the eastern counties and advises high quality house builders on the feasibility and marketing of developments.  Richard is a keen sailor and enjoys all types of water sports. Out of sailing season interests include country pursuits, vintage farm machinery and classic cars,  skiing and property restoration.  Historic buildings and architecture is an interest which has grown over the past 30 years in the property profession.

Stuart is a Partner in the Residential Team in the Cambridge office, heading residential sales.  Qualifying originally as a chartered surveyor within a rural practice, he now advises particularly on the sale of period and individual homes in Cambridge and the surrounding area.  Stuart is RICS spokesman for Cambridgeshire and sits on the Institution's Policy and Communications Group for the East of England.  His interests outside work lie predominantly in sport. Tony is a Partner, based in Harrogate, who heads up the Residential Agency Team in that office.  He handles the sale of a wide variety of property throughout the Yorkshire area with particular expertise in the sale of individual country and period houses, town houses and apartments in Harrogate as well as new developments.  Tony has been with Carter Jonas since 1996 and has over 20 years experience in the industry.  Away from the office, Tony is married and has 2 daughters.  Much of his spare time is spent supporting and encouraging them on the hockey and football pitches.  Tony also has a passion for sport himself having played rugby and cricket to a competitive level - unfortuntaly injuries and age have got the better of his playing days and his involvement now rests very much on the sidelines!

Andrew is a Partner based in Kendal specialising in residential real estate, advising clients on disposals and acquisitions of country houses and cottages throughout the Lake District and part of the Yorkshire Dales National Parks, Cumbria and North Lancashire.  Andrew has remained local to his origins and therefore has considerable experience in this field working closely with both owner occupiers and the second home/holiday let market.  Outside the business Andrew is a very keen fisherman and can be found fly fishing on the numerous rivers and tarns within the Lake District.  He also enjoys mountaineering and takes advantage of the local geography with some of the best terrain in the country available on the doorstep.  In July 2008 he headed a team of chartered surveyors on the Three Peaks Challenge and successfully completed the ascent of the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales (Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowden) all within 24 hours raising a considerable amount of money for charity.

Simon is head of Leeds Residential Agency responsible for estate agency in the region covering all aspects of residential sales ranging from country properties, substantial individual dwellings in urban fringe locations and new developments.  Simon's hobbies and interests are primarily those of a sporting nature, although his passion is unquestionably Formula One motor racing.  Having competed in single seater Formula Ford racing at Silverstone and Brands Hatch, he was then fortunate enough to accompany one of the F1 teams to all the European Grand Prix during one season, highlighted by meeting many of the top drivers including Nigel Mansell and Ayrton Senna.  Nowadays, the time to follow his hobby is somewhat limited, with the need to keep a watchful eye on his twin daughters!

Caroline is a Partner, based in Long Melford, Suffolk, who advises on the sale and marketing of residential and equestrian properties throughout Suffolk and the borders.  Having started her career in the City, working for James Capel stockbrokers, Caroline progressed into the Central London property market before returning home to the country to concentrate on the equestrian property market in Newmarket.  She set up her own estate agency business, Coulson Edwards, in Long Melford in 2002 which became the Suffolk office for Carter Jonas in 2005.  Riding has always been a great passion of Caroline's having enjoyed most forms including race riding, polo and team chasing.  She also loves to spend time both in and on the water: sailing and scuba diving.   Perhaps rather less proud to admit of her highly competitive love of table tennis though.

He also manages a few rounds of golf when the weather and family permit and has recently taken up squash in an attempt to stem the mid life drift.
