Phillip is a Partner based in Marlborough and heads up the firm's specialist Country House Solutions Team.  His areas of expertise are rural estate management, the valuation and surveying of country houses in southern England and expert witness work.  He is a qualified RICS APC Assessor and is actively involved in the firm’s rural graduate recruitment and training program.  His three children have  followed in their father’s footsteps and are all surveyors.  His hobbies include bridge, playing cricket, golf and classical music.

Colin is a Partner and a chartered architect, based in Oxford.  He provides a wide range of professional services, including design, project management and expert witness, with a particular emphasis on historic and period buildings.  He acts for private, commercial and institutional clients, including the education sector.  Colin has been privileged to work on several Grade I listed buildings of national importance, however he enjoys the variety of a wide range of project types, large and smaller.  He enjoys keeping fit and helps to run two local fitness training groups; unfortunately he also enjoys real ale!  Both interests are combined in the annual 'Lads & Dads' challenge, which involves a group of fathers and sons tackling a tough long distance walk, with frequent refreshment stops.

Geoff carries out building surveys and schedules of condition on commercial and residential property, as well as project managing property refurbishment and fit-outs of commercial buildings.  Geoff's specialisms include building conservation and the educational sector.  Outside work, Geoff is keen on most things outdoors - he’s more enthusiastic than competent as a sailor, organizes local junior rugby, and keeps a motorbike and chickens.  His main interest is buildings.

Richard is a Partner based in Winchester who acts for private clients, companies, solicitors, charities, housing associations and banks in property matters mainly relating to residential and development property from flats to large country estates and development land in central southern England.  He prepares valuation and survey reports and has particular experience in acting as an expert witness in litigation matters and has given evidence in court and at the lands tribunal on several occasions. His experience also includes advising on restrictive covenants and leasehold extension and enfranchisement.  Richard is a keen cyclist and enjoys the countryside.
