Country House Solutions overview
Planned Maintenance
We appreciate the fundamental importance of proper and regular maintenance, both in preserving the fabric of country houses and in forward budgeting. We understand the statutory liabilities that listed buildings impose on owners. And we know that one of our maintenance plans will help ensure that your property is well looked-after without placing unforeseen pressure on your budget.
Our maintenance plans provide a detailed specification of works and a budgeted programme of action, while our bespoke software allows you to follow, defer or bring forward projects to suit your needs and to track completed projects and costs against budgets. We can even implement any maintenance work ourselves, drawing on the experts in our specialist Building Consultancy Division.
