Planned Maintenance
We appreciate the fundamental importance of proper and regular maintenance, both in preserving the fabric of school buildings and in forward budgeting. We understand the statutory liabilities that listed buildings impose on owners and occupiers. We know that one of our planned maintenance programmes will help ensure that your school’s buildings are well looked after without placing unforeseen pressure on budgets.
Our planned maintenance programme is created by our experienced building surveyors, who provide a detailed specification of works, their estimated cost and a schedule. The programme may then be managed by an in-house maintenance team, by us or by a mixture of both.
