He heads the Carter Jonas Energy and Marine Team which deals with a wide range of renewable energy schemes, including wind energy, anaerobic digestion plants, biomass plants, transmission matters and site referencing, along with leading the team which manages a significant coastal portfolio around England. Andrew advises on management and professional work in relation to property portfolios, including acquisitions and disposals, development opportunities, lease negotiations, rent reviews, compensation claims and valuations.
