Julian specialises in private client management, principally in south Cumbria, north Lancashire, and within the Lake District National Park. His work covers sales and purchases of estates and other property, expert witness and valuations. Julian adores the English countryside and the businesses and traditions that run with it, and has a keen interest in conservation. Julian lives on a small (80 acre) but exposed Lake District farm where he is trying to put these interests into practice.
Oliver is a born and bred Kendalian. His main role is in Estate Management for both corporate and private clients in Cumbria, North Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales. He is also involved in agricultural property sales, valuations and a wide range of Landlord and Tenant issues.
Oliver is married with two lively children and is player/Chairman of the local Brass Band. If he had any spare time, he would spend it on bracing family walks in the Lakeland Fells or trying to get an old Land Rover back on the road.

Stephen has almost 30 years of experience across all sectors of the property industry, His work covers Residential sales, acquisitions, valuations and development consultancy across Cumbria, North Lancashire and the western areas of the Yorkshire Dales.
Married with two sons, currently away at University, he has a lifelong affinity with the Lake District, with fond memories of ‘welly walks’ from the tender age of 3 which have developed into a love for the outdoors, be it walking, sailing, fishing or just admiring the beautiful scenery we are blessed with in this part of the country.
Helen is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with a range of experience in asset management both rural and commercial. Helen is involved in the management of several large estates in South Cumbria, encompassing a broad cross section of land and residential and commercial property. This role demands a thorough working knowledge of landlord and tenant law, as well as a commercial awareness of investment trends and wider property markets.
