Andrew is a Partner, based in Peterborough and operates throughout the country. He heads the Carter Jonas Energy and Marine Team which deals with a wide range of renewable energy schemes, including wind energy, solar pv, hydro power, anaerobic digestion plants, biomass plants and coal bed methane projects.

The services provided in the energy sector include site referencing and transmission matters, site search and evaluation, feasibility studies, financial modelling, planning applications and site consents, landowner support and site promotion, valuations, finance, site acquisitions and disposals, wayleave negotiations and feedstock procurement.

The Marine team manage a significant coastal portfolio around England through leases, licences, easements and consents. Activities within the area are varied and cover a wide range of issues such as port developments, marinas, moorings, jetties, cable and pipeline river crossings, outfalls and regulating and conservation leases and stakeholder liaison.

Away from work, Andrew is keen on fieldsports.

Paul is a Partner in the Residential Division, based in Peterborough. He has over 25 years of experience specialising in the sale of prestigious, character town and country homes in Peterborough and the surrounding area. He also has an active involvement with residential letting and new home developments. Outside work, Paul is a keen carpenter and makes bespoke furniture, mainly for his family. When time and family commitments allow he enjoys skiing and cycling.

Graham is a member of the firm’s Commercial Team and provides a broad range of property advice to commercial organisations.  His experience includes sales and lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and commercial valuations relating to all types of commercial property and land, acting as expert and expert witness and undertaking compulsory purchase and compensation work.  Prior to joining Carter Jonas in 1990, Graham worked for a range of organisations including Prudential Portfolio Managers, Vigers, County Bank and the County Borough of Luton. Outside of work, Graham is enthusiastic about sport and a qualified ski instructor.  He enjoys walking and spending time with his wife, three children, two Labradors and four cats.

Iain is an Associate based in the Peterborough office advising on a wide range of rural property matters including landlord and tenant negotiations, valuations, sales and acquisitions, and asset management tasks on diverse rural estates. He has also been involved with the emerging anaerobic digestion and coal bed methane extraction sectors.  Iain enjoys riding and sailing in his spare time.

Nick Rickett joined Carter Jonas (Peterborough) in March 2004 and has become a key member of the residential team, dealing with all aspects of residential agency work and all types of property; he was promoted to Associate in May 2010. While primarily managing clients and coordinating property marketing, he also provides market appraisal advice, negotiates with purchasers and regularly reviews conveyancing progress with solicitors.  In his spare time Nick is actively involved with fund-raising events within his home village, as well as playing water polo for a local team and mucking about on his allotment with his young family.

Peter is an Associate based in Peterborough.  He works as part of the Development Team primarily on The Crown Estate instructions.  He also has extensive experience at asset management lease renewal and rent review.  Peter generally enjoys any sporting activity particularly cycling, tennis and walking.

Nick is an Energy Specialist based in the east of the country. He provides advice on renewable energy developments, with a particular emphasis on wind energy and solar schemes. His work includes conducting feasibility studies, undertaking site acquisitions, negotiating option and lease arrangements as well as undertaking financial analyses and valuations, acting for private, institutional and commercial clients within the energy sector. He also takes an active role in conducting CJ research projects, co-authoring the firms Energy Index. Away from work Nick is a keen skier and rugby player.

Claire is based in Peterborough and operates in the east and south east regions. She provides advice on renewable energy technology and developments, her particular expertise lies in wind energy and solar pv rooftop and park schemes. She previously worked for a wind farm developer.

Claire’s work includes conducting site search and scoping reports, undertaking feasibility studies, site acquisitions and disposals including negotiating option and lease arrangements. Claire acts and advises private, institutional and commercial clients within the energy sector.

Away from work, Claire is a keen football fan, following her team, Sheffield Wednesday home and away and overseas travel including the Far East.
