Andrew is a Partner, based in Peterborough, although he operates throughout the country. He heads the Carter Jonas Energy and Marine Team which deals with a wide range of renewable energy schemes, including wind energy, anaerobic digestion plants, biomass plants, transmission matters and site referencing, along with leading the team which manages a significant coastal portfolio around England. Andrew advises on management and professional work in relation to property portfolios, including acquisitions and disposals, development opportunities, lease negotiations, rent reviews, compensation claims and valuations. Andrew is keen on field sports and the odd round of golf.

Paul is a Partner in the Residential Division, based in Peterborough. He has over 25 years of experience specialising in the sale of prestigious, character town and country homes in Peterborough and the surrounding area. He also has an active involvement with residential letting and new home developments. Outside work, Paul is a keen carpenter and makes bespoke furniture, mainly for his family. When time and family commitments allow he enjoys skiing and cycling.

Graham is a member of the firm’s Commercial Team and provides a broad range of property advice to commercial organisations.  His experience includes sales and lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and commercial valuations relating to all types of commercial property and land, acting as expert and expert witness and undertaking compulsory purchase and compensation work.  Prior to joining Carter Jonas in 1990, Graham worked for a range of organisations including Prudential Portfolio Managers, Vigers, County Bank and the County Borough of Luton. Outside of work, Graham is enthusiastic about sport and a qualified ski instructor.  He enjoys walking and spending time with his wife, three children, two Labradors and four cats.

Iain is an Associate based in the Peterborough office advising on a wide range of rural property matters including landlord and tenant negotiations, valuations, sales and acquisitions, and asset management tasks on diverse rural estates. He has also been involved with the emerging anaerobic digestion and coal bed methane extraction sectors.  Iain enjoys riding and sailing in his spare time.

Nick is a rural surveyor based in Peterborough. He provides advice on renewable energy developments, with a particular emphasis on wind energy, biomass and anaerobic digestion schemes. His work includes conducting feasibility studies, undertaking site acquisitions, negotiating option and lease arrangements as well as completing grant applications for renewable energy projects, acting for private, institutional and commercial clients within the energy sector.

Away from work, Nick is a keen skier, getting away at every opportunity in the winter months to enjoy both the rush of throwing himself down a mountain and the refreshments that follow. Being an obsessive rugby supporter, at weekends he can usually be found shouting fanatically at his local team.
