Marlborough

Phillip is a Partner based in Marlborough and heads up the firm's specialist Country House Solutions Team.  His areas of expertise are rural estate management, the valuation and surveying of country houses in southern England and expert witness work.  He is a qualified RICS APC Assessor and is actively involved in the firm’s rural graduate recruitment and training program.  His three children have  followed in their father’s footsteps and are all surveyors.  His hobbies include bridge, playing cricket, golf and classical music.

Guy has been based in the Marlborough office for 25 years managing rural estates including The Crown Estate and other private clients.  He is also involved in the design, renovation and construction of residential and farm properties within these portfolios.  In his spare time he works on his collection of classic and vintage cars and motorbikes, restoring, maintaining and showing them at various events throughout the country.  He is also the point of contact within the Triumph sports six club for Bond Equipes, having several of these cars and garages full of spares which have helped other Equipe owners around the world with their own restorations.

Julie joined the firm in 2000 with a background in financial sales.  She has progressed to become the office manager.  She is particularly adapt with town property, and is a well known personality within the business and social community.  She leads an active life with many sporting interests including golf, hockey and shooting.  Julie lives locally with her partner and has two teenage children.

Luci manages the Lettings Team in Marlborough, where she specialises in the letting of a wide range of residential properties including small estate cottages to large country houses. She has been working in the Marlborough office for the last six years. Luci enjoys attempting to keep fit by playing tennis and squash and riding other people's horses. Other hobbies include amateur dramatics and some of the roles she has played include Queen Elizabeth I (Queenie) from the Black Adder Series, 'Puss' from Puss in Boots and Beverley in Abigal's Party.
