Edward is a Partner and head of York residential agency dealing with all types of residential property, including country homes, houses on the urban fringe, new developments and city centre apartments. Edward is a keen skier, having met his current wife on the sunny slopes in Val d'Isere and enjoys several trips a year to various spots in Europe. He also manages a few rounds of golf when the weather and family permit and has recently taken up squash in an attempt to stem the mid life drift.
Dan is a Partner based in York, who specialises in general rural professional work for a variety of clients, carrying out professional valuations for all purposes, the sale of all types of rural property & land and dealing with compensation claims. He is also an agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC), providing advice on farm finance throughout Yorkshire and the North. Dan is a RICS registered Valuer. Dan enjoys virtually all sports, but especially squash, golf, an occasional run, and snowboarding. He also enjoys travel and country life.
Louise is an Associate Partner and advises on all aspects of residential agency. She has worked in the York office for the past 12 years covering a diverse range of property in both city and country, conducting property appraisals and advising on marketing strategies for individual homes and new developments.
With her family living in West Africa, Louise first came to Yorkshire to go to school. Though she has travelled widely, Yorkshire has remained her home ever since and she takes great pride in having been involved in the sale of many of York’s best properties over the years.
Outside of work Louise enjoys wine tasting, visiting art galleries, the theatre and keeping up to date with the best new films. She still likes to travel when busy family and work commitments allow.
Kate heads our new Residential Lettings Department in York dealing with all types of properties ranging from city centre apartments to detached family homes and everything in between. Being based in the central Micklegate office, Kate is on hand to proactively tailor make lettings packages for landlords in and around York. Kate was born and bred in York and has a passion for the city and everything it has to offer. Living in the city centre herself Kate makes the most of the vibrant lifestyle, beautiful river walks and dining out in the abundance of fabulous restaurants.
Roger is based in the York office advising on property management and professional matters for a wide range of institutional and charity clients. He advises on rent reviews, lease renewals as well as day to day property management issues on both commercial and residential assets in York. Roger also manages a significant marine estate in the North of England dealing with all manner of Landlord and Tenant related matters in relation to port developments, jetties, cables, pipelines, bridges and outfalls.
