Expert Witness Reports
At Carter Jonas a number of our surveyors act as expert witnesses, either appointed by one of the parties or frequently as single joint experts, in a range of circumstances to include valuations for litigation purposes, professional negligence claims, matrimonial and partnership disputes, taxation matters, leasehold enfranchisement, rent reviews and lease renewals. Our surveyors are acknowledged experts in their fields and have good working knowledge of litigation and court proceedings.
