Regulations
Carter Jonas are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with our registered valuers undergoing regular internal and external audits to promote quality assurance and compliance.
Jason has been a valuer for over 20 years of working across the UK with a particular focus on the South East. He carries out valuations for a variety of purposes, including loan security, tax, and purchase reports, focusing primarily on the commercial sector but having a focus on retail and mixed-use assets. He also has experience in undertaking development appraisals of mixed-use schemes. He has provided advice to a number of Local Authority clients.
