Outcome – the project concluded with a move to new serviced office accommodation on the 3rd Floor, Finlaison House, EC4
Our role
Undertaking a stay-put / relocate property options cost appraisal to assist with obtaining Board approvals for budgets
Developing a project-specific relocation cost saving plan and risk mitigation strategy
Preparing the relocation capital expenditure and annual running cost budgets
Developing the project plan and relocation timetable to benchmark the progress of the office move
Co-ordinating the development of the exit strategy from the existing premises - dilapidations planning, budgeting and implementation – in conjunction with the Carter Jonas Building Surveying Team
Undertaking serviced office property searches, carrying out annual occupancy cost comparison cashflow analysis on the property shortlist and co-ordinating the test fit analysis – to aid property selection
Representing the client in the negotiations to secure a flexible, cost-effective, tenant-friendly tenancy
