Masterplan Development and Strategic Advisory

We support the University of Reading in the strategic expansion of the 45 acre Thames Valley Science Park (TVSP), providing advice that helps align long term academic ambition with commercial delivery.

Our role includes assessing sector growth potential across target occupier markets, with a particular focus on innovation led industries and knowledge intensive businesses.

We evaluate commercial and property market dynamics to inform demand forecasting, development typologies, and investment appetite, ensuring that the offer remains competitive within the wider Thames Valley ecosystem. In parallel, we contribute to the evolution of the long term masterplan, advising on land use strategy, development capacity, and place making principles. We also support the definition of a robust phased delivery approach, helping to optimise timing, infrastructure investment, and risk management to enable sustainable growth and value creation over the life of the scheme.
