Become a RICS qualified development surveyor on our RICS development graduate scheme.
We pride ourselves in delivering a bespoke service to our clients, based on an understanding of their individual needs. As a graduate, you will help us provide market-leading development advice to a wide range of clients in central and local government, development and regeneration agencies, as well as developers, investors and landowners, large and small.
Why choose a career in development?
This is a varied and interesting graduate role offering the opportunity to work within ambitious development consultancy and agency teams, covering all aspects of the development market. Our teams offer a supportive environment in which colleagues are encouraged to progress, through exposure to a diverse mix of property types, development scenarios and client sectors.
Our work includes advising clients in relation to development potential in the short term and on a long term strategic basis, development appraisal and valuation work for a variety of purposes, consultancy on land assembly and delivery routes, and disposal of development land, including the negotiation of option and promotion agreements.
What does a development graduate scheme offer?
Our two-year graduate training focuses on the completion of the APC through the RICS to become a Chartered Surveyor. Our delivery of this programme will support a graduate surveyor in achieving a range of competencies as relevant to development with a particular focus on the valuation competency, working towards RICS Registered Valuer status.
We invest in our graduates from day one of our scheme, providing a structured training programme, an APC supervisor or counsellor, and regular assessments to ensure you achieve the full level of competency required for your APC.
