Being an inclusive employer is a fundamental part of our business strategy and it is critical for us to build our talent pipelines and remain competitive.

As part of that, we know how important it is to understand more about our gender pay gap, and invest in measures to reduce it. We have been reporting on our gender pay gap since 2017 and, during that time, have seen an overall decrease in the mean gap from 30.47% to 24.57%.
