From the courtyard there is access to the workshop/garage which has power and lighting along with a concrete floor. There is stone steps which lead up to the
Hayloft Cottage and further access into the rear gardens.

On the opposite side of the property is side access which leads to a log store and stone steps which lead up to The Granary and gives further access into the gardens. The rear gardens are sloping and have a vegetable patch and path that leads up to the top which has views over the village. In front of the side courtyard is a parking area for 2/3 vehicles plus there is unrestricted parking on the road within the village.
