THE YURT

THE CARAVAN SITE
The certified caravan club site currently has 3 hard standing serviced pitches all with electrical hook ups and have been landscaped with timber sleepers. There is potential to add two further pitches under the caravan site license if required. Gents shower room with a white suite of close coupled WC, pedestal wash hand basin and shower. Ladies/disabled shower room with a white suite of close coupled WC, pedestal wash hand basin and shower for use for the caravan site and yurt.

OUTSIDE
The property is set in 9.48 acres including a landscaped paddock, woodland, two course fishing lakes, a wildlife lake, picnic benches and seats around the site for guests. The three lakes are a major feature of the site and are spring fed with the lower lakes being gravity fed. The lakes are stocked with course fish including carp, roach and bream.
