The land is offered for sale by informal tender with tenders due by midday on Wednesday 20th October 2021. The vendor reserves the right not to accept the highest or any tender.

The freehold of the land is offered for sale with vacant possession available upon completion.

Both field enclosures have the benefit of water troughs. The westernmost field is via a natural supply along the western boundary whilst the eastern field is via a private supply.

The land is accessed via a right of way from Chilcombe Lane.

Heading from Taunton towards Williton on the A358, the land can either be accessed via Chilcombe Lane directly from the A358, or via the village of Bicknoller. The turning for Chilcombe Lane is found on the right-hand side, on the bend shortly before the main turning into the village of Bicknoller. Continue up Chilcombe Lane for about ½ a mile, then continue onto Trendle Lane passing the nothrough road sign (do not turn left). Continue passed the stone entrance track on the right (to Quantock Moor Farm). The entrance to the land is the next on the right via the gate
with the Carter Jonas ‘for sale’ board on. If you reach Quantock Moor House/Quantock Moor Cottage, you have gone too far.
