On the 19th May Carter Jonas will be holding it’s latest south west collective land and property auction, in Bath. There is a total of 22 Lots in the catalogue, of which 15 of the Lots comprise of pasture land in the Wiltshire/Somerset area. The total acreage of these 15 Lots is some 102.39 ha (253 acres).

The largest single block of land measure approximate 34.4 ha (85 acres) consisting of pasture and woodland. With a guide of £300,000 - £350,000 it is thought such a block of land will generate a good level of interest.

There are various other parcels of land in the Wells area, including a 17 ha (42 acre) block of pasture with a hay barn, with a guide price of £180,000 - £200,000.

The catalogue also includes two very attractive investment opportunities in Bath. 2-3 Queen Street is a large five storey building, with a tenant in place paying an annual rent of £40,000 per annum. Whilst 14a Margaret’s Buildings is located in between the world famous landmarks; the Royal Crescent and the Circus.

The catalogue also includes a development opportunity in Glastonbury; a former garage with planning consent for 27 apartments. Plus various garages located in Box, Wiltshire and a single garage in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

The auction will be held at the Francis Hotel on Queen Square in Bath, at 6:30 pm on Wednesday 19th May. For a copy of the auction catalogue please contact the Carter Jonas auction department on 01249 706070.
