Regional expansion has led Nedschroef Fasteners Limited to outgrow its modern warehousing facility at Building 6500, Oxford Business Park and the building is now available to let. Carter Jonas' Oxford office has been appointed to handle the deal.

“Nedschroef have had a very productive time while occupying Building 6500 and it’s nice to see a firm move on because they’ve outgrown their premises,” says James Raven, Development Director of Goodman’s UK Business Parks.  “We look forward to welcoming a new occupier to this prominent building.”

The Nedschroef building is a detached, metal-clad warehouse with a contemporary look.  It provides 12,620 sq ft of warehousing plus over 1,800 sq ft office space on two floors.  Internal fitting includes roof mounted sodium lighting, kitchenette and staff facilities.  The building is on a self-contained plot with staff parking, concrete yard and both level and dock level loading access.

Jon Silversides of Carter Jonas' Commercial Division adds:  “Doubtless, the market remains a challenge, but it is still the case that modern, detached buildings of this calibre and in such an accessible location are still extremely rare.”

Oxford Business Park couldn’t be more convenient for the M40, Oxford and its transport links as it is immediately next to the Oxford Ring Road on the city’s east side. Nearby David Lloyd Leisure Centre, hotels, supermarkets and nursery make the Park very popular as a business location for staff and customers.
