9 September 2013, 82.1 acres of farmland with medium to long term potential for residential and/or employment development, subject to planning permission, in Upper Heyford has been put on the market through Carter Jonas’ Oxford office.

Camp Road is level farmland adjacent to Heyford Park, which was formerly RAF Upper Heyford, in the heart of the north Oxfordshire countryside but in close proximity to excellent amenities and transport networks.

Emma Jewson, senior associate in Carter Jonas’ development team who is handling the sale said: “The sale of Camp Road is a rare opportunity for a developer or investor to purchase the land in an area which is seeing a large amount of investment and strategic growth both on the adjacent Heyford Park and the nearby expanding county town of Bicester.”

Expressions of interest are being sought for the freehold of the land which is being sold by private treaty as a whole.
