In addition to two other commercial buildings we obtained planning consent for recently, our professionals have secured permission for the final four commercial buildings to complete the development of a new business park at Ashdon Road, Saffron Walden.  

The applications follow a long planning history, which has seen the old dilapidated commercial buildings that were once present on the site replaced with a new builders’ merchant, the commercial park, and housing.
