Francis is a partner in the London based strategic land team with over 13 years of experience providing advice on strategic property assets.
Francis’ advice focuses on masterplanning, delivery and viability analysis to maximise the opportunity and value for corporate/public sector landowners. His UK wide experience is particularly focused on new settlements and brownfield land assets with infrastructure constraints and an unestablished occupier demand profile.
Our professionals won a competitive bidding process and are now advising Suffolk County Council on the development potential of a 500+ acre site in the district of Babergh.
We are currently working on the early stage ‘visioning’ analysis to establish and test the potential for significant housing in the area. We created a multidisciplinary, integrated team to enable a comprehensive and rounded examination of opportunities and constraints – the services we are suppling include specialist strategic land advice, planning consultancy and masterplanning.
