We have at least two members in our team who have appeared at numerous formal Inquiries, Hearings and Local Plan Examinations over the past 35 years. Being an Expert Witness requires experience, confidence, excellent communication skills and a strong team working ethic. We have represented both private and public sector clients on a wide variety of projects at appeal, including new settlements; urban area and village extensions; mixed-use projects; build-to-rent apartments; heritage-sensitive sites; Local Plan and Area Action Plan Examinations; and development in the countryside. We can prepare the full suite of required documents for all types of appeal submissions, including Statements of Case; Proofs of Evidence; Written Representations; Design Statements; Statements of Common Ground; and Rebuttal Statements.
Our clients include national housebuilders; small and medium sized developers and site promoters; Local Planning Authorities; and individual site owners.
