Acquisition of IOS site at Garner Street, Stoke

Carter Jonas advised Selwood Limited on the acquisition of a 7.15 acre prime Class 1 IOS site at Garner Street in Stoke. The site was acquired by way of an assignment from Eddie Stobart with the lease to run until 2039.

The acquisition forms part of Selwood’s growth strategy and is the first secured Supercentre facility in the UK.
