Carter Jonas successfully marketed and negotiated the sale of a petrol filling station investment, exceeding the asking price.

The investment comprised of an Esso-branded petrol filling station with a Spa convenience store and was located on an arterial route in Stevenage. It was let to Eurogarages, one of the largest privately owned forecourt operators in the UK, on a new 15-year FRI lease from January 2016.

Carter Jonas were instructed to market the investment and advised on the best approach to the marketing, including recommendations on a quoting price. After implementing the proposed marketing, they identified strong interest negotiating a sale price of £2.1M, which exceeded the quoting price.

"Carter Jonas provided us with a great service, offering quality professional advice, and worked hard for us to achieve a result that we are pleased with, both in terms of the negotiated price and achieving a prompt sale."
