Novus Trade Park, Knutsford and Norse Trade Park Congleton

The National Investment team successfully disposed of Novus trade park, Knutsford and Norse trade Park Congleton on behalf of Chancerygate Investment Property Limited.

The combined lot size of £12m is in line with the team’s original advice and in advance of the book valuation. Following a full marketing campaign and competitive bidding process both estates were sold to a Private Equity investor.
