What does a property apprenticeship involve?

Property apprenticeships are a great option for those looking to build a career by learning on the job, while building up their experience.

We are proud to offer variety in our roles, and offer property apprenticeships in our commercial, planning, infrastructure and rural practices. This means you get to choose the path that best matches your interests. The programme runs over a five year plan, with the first two years introducing the core modules and the academic side. By year three, an apprentice is enrolled onto the APC Structured Training Programme for graduates across the firm. In addition, you’ll also continually work in line with the RICS Apprenticeships Scheme, which includes all levels of accredited qualifications – undergraduate, PGDip and master’s.
