Our infrastructure team is the fastest growing of its kind in the country. We now have 120 people in seven offices across the UK, and we’re still growing!
We provide infrastructure services to major clients, including Network Rail, HS2, National Grid, and the Crown Estate. Our mission is to be the leading provider of property expertise for the development, management, and trading of assets in the infrastructure sector.
We’re always looking to expand our teams with bright, ambitious graduates to help grow our clientele and turnover, through embracing innovation and driving change.
At Carter Jonas we know the true value that graduates bring to our ever-growing list of clients and contracts. Property graduates are a key part of our teams – and success!
Our infrastructures graduate scheme helps graduates become RICS qualified surveyors, enabling them to provide professional advice to our clients.
We support an array of clients on a variety of infrastructure services, including agency & investment, compulsory purchase & compensation, geospatial & mapping, land assembly and asset management, to name just a few!
An infrastructure graduate has to combine skills from many different property disciplines, including those in the land sector, property management and development, technology, dispute resolution, mediation and business skills.
Because of the expertise needed to succeed within infrastructure, we have introduced a rotation scheme that gives our graduates access to a more diverse talent base, and the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills. We provide graduate training and experience across an unparalleled variety of work and clients.
We will support you in your journey to achieving RICS membership. Our structured training programme is continuously being improved to ensure that we keep up to date with an ever-changing industry, its legislation, and requirements.
You will be provided with the appropriate training and experience to attain the required competency levels – we’re with you every step of the way.
Infrastructure encapsulates a diverse range of skills, jobs, and clients, so we actively seek to recruit graduates, apprentices, and placement students from a wide pool of qualifications including (but not limited to) Land Management, Environment Infrastructure, Planning and Development, Geography, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Geospatial, Mapping and GIS.
We offer graduate schemes on the rural and commercial pathways, but encourage infrastructure graduates to follow the land and resources pathway. We also offer a non-cognate route to the RICS graduate scheme for those who are willing to study towards a master’s. Please note, you can still apply for this opportunity through our graduate recruitment application process.
