Carter Jonas' Commercial Team in Oxford has helped to find new premises for Oxford Fertility Unit Limited (OFU), after an Oxfordshire-wide search for high quality research & development facilities.

Oxford Business Park

OFU has signed a 15 year lease at the Oxford Business Park, where it will will occupy 22,134 sq ft of high-quality commercial space in order to establish the Institute of Reproductive Science.

The Oxford Fertility Unit is a national and international leader in research into fertility and the new Institute of Reproductive Science (IRS) will be a cutting edge Research & Development unit as well as a teaching facility for the University of Oxford.  In combination with the University, the centre will also house an MSc course for students in Reproductive Biology.

OFU were attracted to Oxford Business Park as a business location as it offers accessibility to major transport infrastructure and superior on-site amenities. The park is in close proximity to the A34 and M40, and a regular bus service to the city centre and rail station. It provides excellent amenities including a David Lloyd Health & Fitness Club; a day nursery; a restaurant and hotel; an adjacent retail park with a selection of shops including Boots, a Tesco superstore, Marks & Spencer Simply Food and a petrol station. OFU will also benefit from relocating to a well managed environment.
