Four floors of retail and storage space in Bath city centre are on the market with property consultancy Carter Jonas jointly with Derek Walker.

Close to Milsom Street and New Bond Street, the Pineapple shop in New Bond Street Place is to let at a rent of £34,000 a year exclusive.

The mid-terrace Grade II listed shop comprises ground floor sales area with basement storage, and further sales/storage space on the upper floors. Finola Ingham, of Carter Jonas, said: “The shop is in a pedestrianised area among a mix of Bath’s many independent retailers and High Street names and would suit a range of business types including a bridal shop, fashion or beauty retailer.”

Nearby shops include Karen Millen, Crabtree & Evelyn, Laura Ashley and Molton Brown.

Carter Jonas is also letting a ground floor and basement property in Bridge Street close to Pulteney Bridge.
