Parking for 20 cars, a few metres from Trowbridge railway station and a short walk to town centre shops are among the key attractions of a suite of offices on the market to let through commercial property agents Carter Jonas.

Built in 1998 by Melksham firm Doric Developments, Trinity House is the first office block at the entrance to Bryer Ash Business Park.

The high quality modern building, previously occupied by Business Link, has flexible partitioned space on the ground and first floor.

There are seven offices, including conference rooms, kitchen, two store rooms and toilets with shower on the ground floor totalling just under 1,700 sq ft while the first floor has eight offices and an office/conference room and toilets amounting in all 2,100 sq ft.

Colin Scragg of Carter Jonas said: “Trinity House is well located for access to nearby towns as well as being next to fast rail links to London. The offices are of a high standard and will appeal to businesses looking to expand, or those wanting to move away from large city locations.

“There are attractive incentives subject to lease terms and the offices come with gas central heating, fitted carpets and double glazed windows.”

Other businesses at Bryer Ash include Selwood Housing, solicitors Withy King, Landell Mills development consultants and the recently relocated JPCi Group.

A more recent development in Trowbridge by Doric has only one unit remaining.

The 12-unit Doric Business Park to the rear of Islington Motors on Canal Road is home to mainly trade counter businesses.

Carter Jonas has been the preferred agent for the site since it was built in 2008 and has let units to a variety of trade businesses including PTS Plumbing Services, Dimensions Tiles & Bathrooms, Wessex Hydraulic Services and Ace Hairdressing Supplies. The latest to move in was Eurocell, selling PVC-U window, door, conservatory and roofing products.

Mr Scragg said: “There was considerable interest in the properties from the outset and a steady flow of firms have moved in, some of them new arrivals in Trowbridge. Being part of one of the town’s main commercial centres means the units are easily accessible to passing business or trade customers and ample parking is also a big plus for the site.”

Further along Canal Road Carter Jonas is also marketing offices to let at Willowside Park. The modern high specification open plan offices totalling 7,700 sq ft have 28 on-site parking spaces.
