03 December 2015, The London Planning and Development team have obtained another result for London Square, the awarding-winning residential developer. At 11:42pm on Wednesday 25th November, the members of Epping Forest District Council (finally) resolved to grant planning permission for 43 houses at Chigwell Grange. The result follows 3 years of hard work, 7 pre-application meetings and discussions with the Parish, viability negotiations with a Housing Officer, a hunt for Great Crested Newts and an objection from Joe Cole the footballer all on a Green Belt site abandoned mid-way through construction by a developer that went bust at the height of the recession. The Planning and Development team worked together providing both planning and viability advice to London Square.
